I was watching the video but decided to read the speech first. I was halfway through the fourth paragraph when I started to read it in Penoy’s voice/manner (in my mind). Yung parang ang bait-bait na fake. Basta jirits.
Basically it was like “Wang-wang…evil are the ways of the old administration…time-consuming, space occupying filler…i’m blabbering impressive numbers and data…hoping you’d not notice it’s irrelevant…wang-wang metaphor…i’ve totally sold this country bitches…time-consuming, space occupying filler…”
Nakakapagod. Eto nalang summary ko per paragraph. Sana makatulong sa assignment nyo mga kids!
